An enquiry is not a booking, so there is nothing to cancel with us — just tell any operator who contacted you that you have chosen someone else. Once you agree a trip with an operator, their own cancellation terms apply. Details in our refund and cancellation policy.
Partner businesses submit registration documents before they can receive any enquiry, and we review them. Documents are encrypted while stored, deleted as soon as a partner is approved, and deleted after 30 days in any case. Operators who mistreat customers are removed from the platform.
